The high level details of your account – the billing period, your account number, the invoice number, the total amount due and the date the bill is due.

The “Total Due” amount may differ when:

4. Direct debit note
This will appear on your invoice if you have Direct Debit setup on your account.
5. Payment options
If you don’t have Direct Debit set up, you can use one of the payment methods listed on your bill instead. Any payment fees these options might have are listed here too.
